This is without exception, the best, gourmet dining experience we have had on the island. The atmosphere, service, food, quality, and creativity far exceeded our expectations and matched that of the best restaurants in large cities throughout the world. We selected the chef’s menu and we were asked whether we would prefer vegetable, meat, or fish dishes, an option not offered at most other chef selection menus on the island. The staff was attentive and friendly. There was perfect attention to detail. The dishes were creative in both preparation and presentation. One high point was the cheese platter with 13 unique and delicious cheese from throughout the world. Our compliments to the chef and the serving staff.
