At Biña, wine is at the heart of the dining experience. Our Chef’s Menus are accompanied by carefully curated wine pairings, thoughtfully selected after each dish is created. Together with our trusted suppliers, we choose the perfect wines that elevate every flavor on your plate. Guests are always welcome to share their preferences; our team is happy to guide you toward wines that match your personal taste.

We offer a special selection of wines from both the Old and New World, available by the bottle or by the glass. Thanks to our innovative enomatic system, we are able to pour rare and specialty wines by the glass; an opportunity to explore labels you may not normally encounter. The same applies to our Champagnes, which we proudly serve by the glass through our state-of-the-art coravins.

Biña is also proud to feature Alpasión Wines, crafted in the Uco Valley at the foot of the Andes in Mendoza, Argentina. This boutique winery is known for its organic vineyards, high-altitude terroir, and limited-production wines that express both character and craftsmanship. Their bold reds and elegant whites pair beautifully with our menus and reflect the passion behind our name; biña, the Papiamentu word for “wine.”
